Amber Hill commenced operations in Chinese Mainland（Cooperative institution） since 2017 through its affiliates, mainly engaging in asset management. The affiliated companies hold licenses in private equity category and private stock category, covering standardised and non–standardised assets across different kinds of investments in primary and secondary markets. Our representative offices are located in Guangzhou、Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Amber Hill commenced business in Hong Kong since 2010 and Hong Kong is the management and administration center of the Group. One of the principal businesses of the Group  in Hong Kong is providing asset management and securities advisory services through our subsidiaries. Our subsidiaries currently hold the Securities and Futures Commission Licenses, an Insurance Broker License and a TCSP License. We provide comprehensive service to satisfy the increasing demand of high–net–worth customers, from insurance services, asset management, family trust, private asset planning to family office. We also provide offshore asset management services through our subsidiaries to assist our customers to diversify their investment portfolios.
