On January 27, 2021, the third cheque handover ceremony was held in Hong Kong between Smile Charity Foundation and U-Heart Foundation. The ceremony was attended by representatives including Mr. Ng Yu, Chairman of Amber Hill Group and Smile Charity Foundation, Dr. Ko Wing-man, former Secretary for Food and Health of Hong Kong, Ms. Ko Man, Chairman of Green Charity Foundation and Honorary Advisor of U-Hearts Foundation, and Ms. YY Wong, Chairlady of U-Hearts Foundation.
The Mainland and Hong Kong projects of Smile Charity Foundation were reported at the Ceremony.
Dr. Ko Wing-man said that the growth and education of children requires the care and action of each and everyone of us, the charity donation activities, will create a warmer, more loving learning and growth environment for children, and inspire them to work hard, learn to be good and optimistic, eventually to take off with their dreams.
Chairman Ng Yu said that it is the social responsibility of an enterprise to pay attention to charity and convey humanistic care. Amber Hill Group has been actively participating in social public welfare activities, helping the poor and helping students with love. He hoped that this action could truly help children in need of social support and light up a stream of hope for their study.
Finally, Amber Hill Group, Smile Charity Foundation and U-hearts Foundation handed over the check at the site and took a group photo.
