Clarification Annou by Amber Hill Capital Limited
The Company would like to clarify the contents of the recently circulated promotional materials of the Fortune Majestic fund of Fortune Majestic International Fund Limited ("FMI") in relation to the Company and Amber Hill ES Currency Arbitrage Fund. We would like to clarify the following.
I.Amber Hill ES Currency Arbitrage Fund is a fund product issued by the Company, the custodian is DBS Bank and is audited by KPMG. The fund manager is Amber Hill Capital Limited (Hong Kong).
II. The Company, Amber Hill ES Currency Arbitrage Fund and other affiliated companies of Amber Hill Group have never conducted any cooperation with Fortune Majestic International Limited and Fortune Majestic Fund, and there is no cooperative relationship whatsoever. Amber Hill ES Currency Arbitrage Fund is not a fund product of Fortune Majestic International.
III. Regarding the misuse of the Company's product information and fund investment returns by Fortune Majestic International to mislead the market, which damages the Company's reputation and interests, the Company will investigate the matter and reserves the right to pursue all legal actions against Fortune Majestic International.
