Amber Hill Holdings Limited Donates 5,000 Protective Masks to the Elderlies in Central and Western District in Hong Kong
With Hong Kong as its roots, Amber Hill Holdings has always been committed to social responsibility. Whether it is Smile Charity Foundation's long-term concern for the growth and health of young children or the donation of protective masks to the elderly in Hong Kong, Amber Hill has always strived to fulfill the spirit of "love the young as if you would love your own children and love elderlies like you would love your own parents" and is committed to giving back to the underprivileged.
In recent months, Hong Kong has been attacked by the coronavirus, and there have been more than 100 confirmed cases in Hong Kong. In view of this, Amber Hill quickly arranged for the purchase of disposable medical masks worldwide in order to enhance the ability of the elderly fight against the pandemic. After much collaboration, the masks finally arrived in Hong Kong at the end of February. Amber Hill Holdings quickly contacted an organization in the Central and Western District of Hong Kong and organized the free distribution of masks to the elderly in the district, thereby making its contribution to the prevention and control of the pandemic in Hong Kong.
On March 4, 2020, the Chairman of Amber Hill Holdings Limited visited Sai Wan Estate in person and together with two staff, they handed over 5,000 medical protective masks to the elderly. The course of event was full of warmth and well in order, 5,000 masks were distributed smoothly within one hour. The elderly people have showed their grateful and touching heart to us, some elders also appreciated that the event was a great gift in a time of great difficulty. In view of this, Amber Hill Holdings Limited is very encouraged and excited about the outcome of this campaign. This campaign not only builds the protection for the elderly, as well as strengthen the social pandemic prevention in Hong Kong.
