On the morning of June 11, 2020, Smile Charity Foundation and U-hearts Foundation held the "Smile Love Action" donation activity in Hong Kong. Mr. Ng Yu, Chairman of Amber Hill Group and Chairman of the Smile Charity Foundation, Mr. Zhang Guowei, Honorary Chairman of the U-hearts Foundation, Mr. Lin Zhirong, Honorary Advisor, Ms. YY Wong, Executive Committee, Ms. Dai Yuxian and Ms. Chen Huijuan, Deputy Director General attended the donation event.
The "Smile and Love Action" aims to rebuild school buildings in remote primary schools and districts in Guangxi, Guangdong and Jiangxi, and to provide teaching materials and equipment for school buildings in various regions. At the same time, part of the funds will be allocated to help Hong Kong fight the pandemic. Students from primary families who have been suspended from school during the pandemic period will be provided with second-hand computers to study online at home. Volunteers from the U-hearts Foundation will also provide them with technical support, home visits and personal teaching. At the same time, we will set up the "Smile Love Grant" project together with the donors of the U-hearts Foundation to assist the students from poor families, yet with excellent school grade in mainland to complete their studies. The donation amount(including school construction, student aid and low-income families) is HK $4 million. Today is the first stage of HK $1.3 million donation, and a cheque handing ceremony was held at the scene.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic in early 2020, Smile Charity Foundation has persevered with its founding principles and carried forward the traditional Chinese virtue of "support from all sides when one side is in trouble" by donating tens of thousands of medical masks to the Hong Kong transportation industry and Mainland rescue organizations to help community in need in times of shortage.
U-hearts Foundation is a partner of Smile Charity Foundation and the implementation agency of this donation. U-hearts Foundation focuses on youth development, school aid and school building in rural areas. Over the years, U-hearts Foundation has participated in hundreds of school building projects, benefiting as many as 3,000 high school students and tens of thousands of children. This cooperation is consistent with the founding purpose of Smile Charity Foundation.
Smile Charity Foundation was founded in 2019. Reaching out to the most vulnerable children and youth in the most challenging places in Greater China, while standing up for the rights of every child, wherever they are.

The "Smile and Love Action" charity project fully demonstrates the corporate responsibility of the Amber Hill Group to give back to the community and nurture the next generation.
